We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is wrong, we will help resolve it quickly.
1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund.
2. Unopened Cases (Change of Mind)
Under UK consumer law, drinks are considered “perishable goods.”
We can only accept unopened, unused, fully resellable cases returned within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty.
3. Opened Goods
We cannot accept returns of opened cans, partially used cases or products damaged after delivery.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after we receive the returned goods.
5. How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@cactodrinks.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide instructions and a return address.
6. Missing Deliveries
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, notify us within 48 hours so we can investigate with the courier.
