Our Story

On a sun-soaked Mediterranean adventure, Sam “The prickly pear guy” fell for this ancient cactus fruit’s flavour and function. Captivated by its refreshing taste, he discovered its centuries-old use as a hydrating, healing tonic, and returned to the UK determined to share that magic. Partnering with family-run farms, he sources sun-ripened prickly pears (never from concentrate), purées them on-site, and cans them with pure sparkling water - no shortcuts, no nasties.
